Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like BORN TO RUN, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($7,500 - $12,000), making the charter cost $37,500 to $42,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Crew Information
Captain: Jake Keller
Jake Keller-
Jake, Captain, was born and raised in Stuart, Florida. His passion for the ocean and all things water-related began at a very young age. Throughout his youth, Jake spent most of his time at the beach and on the water sailing, jet-skiing, adventuring out on his family’s boat, and volunteering as a camp counselor in Jensen Beach, where he taught kids about our marine ecosystem. Jake was part of his high school sailing team and began taking classes at Chapman’s School of Seamanship at age 17. His gravitation toward the yachting industry came naturally, as his father and older brother are also boat Captains. Jake got his first job on a yacht directly out of high school at age 19, and never looked back. Throughout his many years in the yachting industry, Jake has been able to use his natural boat handling abilities and positive, adventurous spirit to create fun and exciting experiences for guests.
Whitney Sutherland-
Whitney, Chief Stewardess, is from the island of Siesta Key on the west coast of Florida. Growing up on the beach, Whitney developed a passion for the ocean at a young age. She spent her youth on the water sailing, surfing, and vacationing in different countries with her family. Her love for boating was passed down from her dad, who built and lived on a sailboat in his 20s and sailed the coasts of California & Central America. Whitney ventured to Costa Rica at age 25, where she lived and worked in hospitality and met many world travelers and yachties, further fueling her wanderlust. After returning to Florida, she joined the yachting industry in 2017 and has enjoyed utilizing her love of organizing, creativity, and hospitality background to provide excellent service to guests onboard.
